Missing the Mecca II Tour

I just got home from the hospital this afternoon. I went in for emergency surgery last Staurday for a perforated stomach ulcer. Doctor says no road trips and no riding in or driving my Sky until they take out the 50 + staples out of my stomach in about a week. I was really looking forward to meeting everyone and touring the plant. I haven't cancelled my reservation yet so if anyone needs a room at the Fairfield Inn or Quality Inn and Suites let me know. I hope there will be a Mecca III Plant Tour

I feel for you SaturnSkyDude. I had this same surgery three years ago and as you well know, it sucks! Worst part for me was the vacuum hose they put down my nose to suck stuff out of my stomach. Yuck, what a total P.I.T.A.!!! Anyway, I'm sorry you won't be able to make it to Mecca and hope that you feel better soon.

P.S. On the plus side (and contrary to popular belief) the ladies really seem to dig ridiculously large abdominal scars.!!! Who knew?
