New Club For Lower Hudson River Valley. ANYONE??

Hello all, there is quite a few new members. I am looking to start a club for the following NEW YORK counties, plus anyone else surrounding and willing to drive a bit for meetings:

Wetschester, Rockland, Dutchess, Putnam, Orange, NY City, Bronx.

Please chime in here if you are interested. There are a couple of members outside this area willing to travel, anyone like that is always welcome!

Come Sky or Solstices.

I added your club to the list of "formational" clubs at: List of all Kappa / Sky / Solstice Car Clubs

Good luck. I think people are more interested in forming clubs after they get together for an event or two, so now that the weather is looking better, you should be able to get something going.

I'll drive to any of your runs. You've got beautiful roads up there and it's only an hour or so from where I live. Count me in when you plan something.

Cool, You are both on the List. I am naming the Club first so that I can come up with Flyers to put at the dealers. For some reason people in my area are not on this Forum but there are cars around here.

As much as I do not like the "KAPPA" thing I may call it the Lower Hudson Valley Kappa Club. To keep in time with other local clubs. Now for a Logo.

I was hoping to have a bunch of people first then name. But I think this may take the pressure off the whole name thing that we went through on LI and keep to the whole Idea, Driving and enjoying our cars!

Yes, technically Brooklyn is one of the five boroughs that makes up New York City.

I did not mention Brooklyn or Queens because they are not technically part of the Lower Hudson Valley. I figured you guys would want to check out the LI Club, but Hey ALL ARE WELCOME!!

The regular meets will be centered around the Lower Hudson Valley, if you are willing to drive, GREAT!

I know who you are. Do you know who I am? Here's a couple of hints:
- I was the first to trade in a base Sky at your dealership.
- I was the first Red Line to go out the door too.
- I have it on good authority that you saw my car before I did.
- We have a mutual friends, Vinny & Mike

Let's plan a drive! You've got me and your Dad and Reedred and Solli4me. plus ...Dengel? Marlboromike? canonball?

Although I am in Northern NJ, not the Lower Hudson Valley, I'm always willing to come out and play for any runs in the area. Just let me know when and where!

You have the exact same car as me in an automatic, right?
Yours was a car that came in from the Rockland dealer. Mine and my dad's was the first orders that came in and yours was the first actual redline to leave that dealer.

Man I almost flipped when that car came in and was not mine, Vinny had to calm me down. The he said it was an auto and I relaxed a bit.

Yea, I stopped by saturday to say hello and show them my Windrestrictor. Mike asked me for Club flyers and said there was some interest from new buyers.

I will PM you my phone number, call me sometime on Tuesday (Today) day or night.

Yes, but in reality, New York City is made up of 5 boroughs: Manhattan, The Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island.

Although I believe Manhattan is the only borough that uses New York, NY as its mailing address.

Come on Hudson Valley!

Paul, they must all still be hibernating...can't understand it . I know there are cars out there. Really don't see anyone on the road but we've only had a few good days in the last couple of months. Maybe they'll come out of their caves this month and finally respond.

Noticed your photoshop work on another thread. That's real talent Did you photoshop your knew Foose Rims onto your car?

See you at B&B on the 28th? How goes the logo?

Hey Bob,

I have seen a red RL up in Fishkill, do not know where he lives, but he is probably not on the forum.
Hey thanks, that is a small part of what I do for a living. Operations manager for a $20Million operation, I better be good or I would be in trouble. My car with the Foose rims is below!
