That thread lists July 14th as the date, which is the second saturday. It looks like it's about 2.5hours Southwest of Newark, DE. If I have the right place googled.

Yeah, I got that at first too. But that's High Rock, Pennsylvania.
 I couldn't get google to find a High Rock, MD.... but I found a Whites Ferry, MD. They also mentioned it being real close to Virginia as well. That's the other place they mentioned in there thread. /shrug

I updated the list in the first post... I was focusing on the Delaware area originally... and expanded the range to pull in some other events posted in Northeast. I also added the matching Solstice links if I found one.
