42 runs from the area of the Walt Whitman bridge to AC Expressway. Could almost consider it part of the ac expressway.
Doesnt sound like it was you. the person did acknowledge me. Funny how its still a rare thing to see another sky. We are jaded by being "special" on the roads. Hopefully we dont loose some excitement in a few years when there are many more skys on the road!

I'll be "down da shore"... but the shore of the Thames River in London, not the beaches of brigantine or wildwood (car show).
Heading out tonight for a quick biz trip to London (a very, very rare thing for me... dont' be confused into thinking I am some important world business traveler ). I am actually back Saturday afternoon, so there is a chance I head on down to the shore.... possibly even to visit inlaws at Brigantine.PM me your cell #!

The mystery of the Red Jersey Sky continues...
Early this morning on my way to Kennedy Airport to pick up a friend who landed as I puled out of my driveway 36 miles away, I blew by a CPR Sky with yellow (presumably Jersey) tags. I honked and we exchanged waves, but I really couldn't dawdle. I think the blond head I saw belonged to a lady, but the car was only in my vision for about 20 seconds. If you're out there, Hi! ![]() |

Ok here's mine:
I saw a red Sky heading south on the GSP last Thursday/Friday. I saw a silver Sky in Union going down Lehigh Avenue last week @11:45am. (Sunday) I saw a midnight blue Sky right here in town, on April 22. And I met two Sky owners at the Galloping Hill Car show on May 7th (black & midnight blue). It's been a very busy month for Sky sightings, I'm seeing them all over.

Blue Sky and I parked on the street in New Hope, PA yesterday. In a spot between our parking spots was a bluestone sky - with a flyswatter wind-restrictor.

I was on Garden State and Jersey Turnpike - over Memorial Day Weekend
If the Red Sky you saw over the Holiday weekend had Connecticut Plates (see Avatar) it might have be me and Mrs Skyman-CT.
We headed south on our way to Virginia Beach Friday evening and stayed in Newark Delaware at the Courtyard Marriott and then on return Sunday evening stayed at the same location. Monday morning (Memorial Day) we headed over to the Wilmington GM plant to see where our Sky was born. (Lil Ruthie - named in memory of my mother). Then onto shopping at Value City and The Shipyard Shops. Top up driving only after that stop heading north again on Jersey Pike and GSP. P.S. - Thanks to all the fellow VETS for your service to this great country of ours and our prayers and gratitude for all the families of those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
