Washington DC Area Local Club

One of the GM Roadster members in the Washington DC area (Northern Virginia and Southern Maryland) has expressed an interest in forming a local club. If you are interested in helping out, we could use some assistance in planning monthly rides leaving from the DC area, plus dinners and other social events. These events would be in addition to events planned by MASSC, and of course, everybody would be invited.

I have been asked to work on a website similar to our Phoenix Sky & Solstice club (www.sky-sol.com), but what we really need are feet-on-the-ground to help plan events. My father was in the military, so we were stationed a couple of years in Washington DC when I was a kid. We lived in McLean and Vienna (by Wolf Trap Farm Park), and my wife and I still have many friends in the DC area, so we go there at least once a year to visit. We have yet to bring our SKY out there though.
