oh yeah...thats right...Fantasy Fest! Well how about the 1st weekend in October??? I know it is too early in the year....to make plans for October.

I want to go soon....before it gets too steamy hot!

i would love to goto Fantasy Fest...but all hotels are sold out a year in advance....maybe we can all stay with Yellowsky!!!!

That is one thing I do want to do before I die is go to Fantasy Fest and stay right there in Mallory Square or my normal La Concha for it! I had a chance a few years ago to get into all the events but the motel/hotel was up a couple of keys.

This post seems to be fading away. Is anyone still planning on making this run? If Oct is no good, early Nov is just fine. But we need someone to step up and start doing some planning. It would be great to include the Miami, Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville groups in this, as well as friends from out of state. I'm pretty sure DarkWing will come down again. So let's not let this idea die on the vine. Start planning now.

Are you volunteering? You get my vote to be our fearless leader! You know I'll be there, whenever. As long as I don't get hit in the head with a tow truck, but hey that didn't stop Darkwing Dave did it.

If I was not so far away, I would certainly consider taking it on, but seeing how I am in Ocala, it's really rather difficult. Besides, from what I understand, you got laid off from you Citrus Tower job, so you should have pleanty of time on your hands.

Okay...how about this. How about if several of us work together to make this happen. You, Doug, and myself should be able to do this. I will take the role of contacting clubs around the state, well, maybe not the pan handle part, and also our out of state friends, and you two can decide what parts you would each like to do.
