If anyone is interested in going rafting THIS SATURDAY AT 9:15AM........

Please call the center and register. The reservation is under my name: Cindy Cooley

You would need to call today because they are booking up fast.

Why not come out and have some fun...... It's a great place!!!!

Hey - I just called and made our reservations - Cindy you might want to call back - the girl I spoke with didn't have your reservation confirmed but remember speaking to you. She started the reservation under your name - however... It's still at 9:15.

Okay I am signed up. Now we are waiting for the two other people who wanted to go to call.

Looking forward to meeting you also!!

And the road to the center is paved but the parking lot is gravel. I did drive my car there twice without any problems so far......

Let's hope for good weather.... Afterwards we can grab something to eat right at the center!!!!

I hope you guys have fun out there this weekend. I already have plans for Saturday or Steve and I would join you. A friend/coworker works there at the White Water Center as a guide. His wife and I are great friends (she's my trainer) and she goes out there all the time. You will have a blast. Enjoy and maybe Steve and I can catch you the next time.

Okay...for those of you who are going tomorrow....WOW..I can't wait....

Make sure you wear sunscreen.... and plan to get wet... bring a change of clothes..they have dressing rooms with showers....

Bring your excitement for living life to the fullest.... Hopefully no one will sustain serious injury.... remember.... raft at your own risk

I don't know about cameras...I'm not bringing mine on the raft because there's a good chance I could end up swimming my way back.....

Can't wait..... rapids...here we come...........................

BTW...my race report from the 5k trail race this week.... All I can say is 1st it was the hardest thing I have done...besides running the marathons...and it was great....being in the woods....running hard....I loved it!!!! (I did place 1st in my division

)

Hope ya'll have fun tomorrow...maybe next time I'll get online more often... but, I passed my state exam for work, so all the time spent studying was worth it!

PS-Congrats on your 5K finish! They probably would have had to send a search party out after me-lost somewhere on the trail, tryng to catch my breath!

Well, for those of you that didn't make it, you missed a great time. We went down the rapids nine (count 'em, nine) times. Still dripping in the parking lot as I type. Expect to see some pictures soon.
