SEM Pre-Runs

The date of June 21 we will be doing a run for the Southeastern Meet.

Please pm me or post here if you can come to Lexington, we will be drivin the runs that JRinKY has planned and mapped for the meet.

We need more Road Captains and Sweepers

This should be a good run. Right now it looks like it will be the Red River Gorge Run, followed by at least part of the Winery or Bourbon Tour. We might even throw 227 in for the truly adventuresome.

We are meeting at 8:30 for a 9:00 departure from the Holiday Inn North on Newtown Pike at I-75. We will be in the lower parking lot, close to the Chevron station. Right now it looks like 6 cars.

The drive will be cross-country through Winchester and to Red River Gorge, around the National Forest through the Nada Tunnel, then cross-country back to the Holiday Inn. There will be a lunch stop somewhere.

Right now an evening drive is planned also. Cross country to Stamping Ground and then up 227 for some twisties. Dinner at the Elk Creek Winery, then a cruise back.
