Tampa Bay Roadsters

We had a good showing of 7 Skys yesterday.

We drove the NW Hillsborough area, then off through Safety Harbor, parts of Clearwater (right past the Saturn dealer with horns honking) and finished with libations and appetizers at Bahama Breeze on Rocky Point.

We turned more than a few heads, even the security guard from the mall where we started was worried we were having an unapproved car show

Our next run looks like will be starting in Bradenton and running along the coast to Anna Maria Island, I can hardly wait, and if anyone missed yesterday, you don't want to miss the next run. Stay tuned for details.

Boy, I really tried to make it. I wasn't available till around 7pm. Next meet, I'll need some phone #'s. On Sat's I work till 6 pm. I'm glad everyone had a good time.

Had a great time. Yea, I think security enjoyed the show just as much as everyone else that slowly drove by.

I'll probably be going on the 5th to Orlando, just got back today from the Keys, it was great.

We need to decide on the date for our Bradenton beach run though because several folks from the South Fl gang have stated that "if we post it, they will come"

I haven't heard anything yet. If no one cares to get the ball rolling. how about Saturday, July 28? We could meet at the Holiday Inn on the River in Bradenton. (100 Riverfront Dr. West) Meet at 1pm, after some socializing, we could go west on Manatee Ave. Then drive south along the beach through Longboat Key. Then head east to Sarasota. We could then stop for a lunch break at Marina Jacks.
I will sent an e-mail to everyone that showed up last month. We ought to invite any other owners of Sky' or Solstise.

I think this would be a good idea, we could then get some of them to join us at our next cruise in Bradenton. Maybe the following weekend?
