We do have a hockey that day!!!!! But if it was a lunch run we could do the 16th of Feb and still get back to the Arena for a 7:30 game. I had suggested Theresa's in Jackson awhile ago. I can still put it together if anyone is interested. Good food and atmosphere. Barb
If this sounds like a good run for lunch let me know of interested parties and I will make reservation for us for lunch that day. Thanks Barb

Since the 'official' thread is now open - two for lunch, please! This is gonna be another great one! Cool roads, great scenery (even in winter), good people, what else do we need?

SGS (Silly Grin Syndrome) still has me in it's grip and I don't want to be let go!
Universal Law of Location:No matter where you go, there you are.
Okay so are you afraid your car will shrink? Because that would suck.
You know all we ever order up on drives is sunshine. Cya on the 16th (positive waves). Barb
I haven't seen much activity on this the last few days, I hope every one is drying out!
Bill and Sonia - the time we need to be at our stating point will determine what time we get together. Sonia can hook up with us at our house and we can then head over to Rio Vista to meet Bill and Paticia. I think the best spot to meet in Rio Vista would be at the Shell station. We could then head out 12 until we hit 49 and then on the the starting point.
Looking forward to the run!

Okay so I have finalized the plans for this run on the 16th. I have put in my order for nothing but sunshine!! I thought we could start out in Moke Hill at Wendell's (just because they have a large parking lot) 9267 Highway 26, Mokelumne Hill CA (here is the address for your GPS Sonia) . We can meet here at 11:00 am and we will head for our lunch spot by 11:30. We have a lunch reservation at Bellotti's in Sutter Creek at 12:00 here is the link, Welcome to Bellotti's online! you can take a look at the menu here. This is the first time trying this place for us. From there we can head to Placerville. from:Mokelumne Hill, Calaveras, California, United States to:38.405447,-120.812531 to:placerville - Google Maps
I am hoping to take a pre-run and find some spots for us to pull over, but with our hockey schedule I haven't had a chance yet. If not we will just wing it. Barb
Cya all soon
It looks like sunshine is in order for the 16th. Long range forecast is calling for partly cloudy and a high of 58 on the 14th. Will check it again in a couple of days.
The lunch spot looks good, nice selection and good prices.
See you all on the 16th.

Only 24 hours to go and we will be arriving at Mokelumne Hill in caravan with Sxy Sky and bigdog. Looking forward to seeing all our WCKCC friend's. I hope Borg60 will be there, haven't seen them since Laguna Seca. (Chance need's a 'Sol-Mate' on this run)
Ok, I've got to put my wash monkey hat on now and detail Patricia's EBNY SKY....Onyx is a bitch. We will actually turn over 4,000 miles on this run!!!
