I'm Back - And ready for ACH again!!
Sorry folks, things got a little crazy! I bought my first home almost six months ago and I've gone through yet another job change (for the better, of course). But I still love my SKY and I'm almost at the 40,000 mile mark.
I've been wanting to go up Angeles Crest Highway again and lunch at Newcomb's. It was such a terrific birthday ride for me in 2007 that I've been wanting to do it again. So, I'd like to take a poll to see who's up for the ride. In case you're not familiar or you're new to the forum, back in March '07, I lead 23 other kappa cars up Angeles Crest Highway. It's 26 miles of twisting roads and beautiful scenery. At the top is a great rustic lunch spot called Newcomb's Ranch. I can pull all of the old info from the last ride and re-post the instructions and such. But before I do, because it was a lot of work, I want to see who'd be interested. I'm sorry I've been gone for so long. I have missed chatting with you all. The site even looks a little different. I'm thinking Saturday, August 30th or Sunday August 31st which is Labor Day weekend. I have a lot of catching up to do, so if I'm stepping on anyone's toes and there's already something scheduled, please just let me know. I look forward to your responses!

Missed You
Sharron and I have missed seeing you, I'd love to come but I don't think I can get enough time off of work.
You know that it does take a couple of days to get there from here. Maybe next time we make it out to the "Left Coast"

Okay, that date doesn't seem to work....I'm open for suggestions. You guys are not going to want to miss this ride.
I'm glad to be back! Loving the new place. If you want to know more about it, I moved to Playa Vista. It's great over here! So what's the deal? Is there a "meet" soon? I'm looking at buying another 1st year make....ready? Check out the Lexus LFA Roadster.... Let me know your thoughts. Yes, it's as expensive as it looks, it will NOT be my daily driver. I've been saving for 2 years.
