This is Sonia's poll. Just trying to help.

Majority rules on this one:

Before we line up to go down Lombard Street do you want to

1) Pick numbers to determine order we will drive down

2) Go by color (mixed it up i.e. silver/red/grey/yellow/blue/white/green/etc. )



Thanks to everyone who has signed up. BigDog went over to SF today and said the weather was beautiful...hopefully we will be as lucky 2 weeks from now!

Once everyone arrives and has paid their share, then we can draw numbers for the "Official" Lineup. I believe that in any case, Number 1 has already been assigned to Sonia.

David I agree with you. Sonia should get the #1 spot.

Just have everyone stay in the order that they arrive in. 1st come 1st served, as they say.
If someone wants to get there early they should be in the front.

Thanks for the thought...unfortunately we are meeting at a "pre-meet" location in Emeryville before traveling the 12+ miles over the Bay Bridge to our staging point at Lombard Street.

So while the idea may work in other cases - it wouldn't be fair in this one. Depending on what lane you get in on the bridge could delay someone who arrived at the pre-meet location early, being the last one to arrive at the staging area before heading down Lombard Street.

Hope that explaination is clear.
