Seattle/Washington-area tuners

Any recommendations?

I will be installing the GM Tune (likely) or another. A local Saturn authorized dealer is asking for $700 for the GM Tune + $800 labor for 5 hours of work to install it. This is silly; other places can get it for $500 + $120 to install; I am looking for $700-$800 total price.

(If you have specifics on a Seattle tuner that deals with other tunes in the $1,000 or less price range, please let me know, since I'd consider a non-GM tune)

Should be several tuners that can apply the Trifecta tune in Washington as it is Trifecta's home state. If there is not one near you, they can mail you the cable and you can do it yourself if you have a laptop.

Trifecta doesn't reside in Seattle, so they'll have to mail me the cable.
