This went out to our members earlier, and here are the details for those not already on our mailing list.

Travel with us to one of California’s most picturesque locations, Lake Tahoe. Split down the middle by the California and Nevada border, Lake Tahoe boasts of over 300 days of warm sunshine. Join your fellow Solstice and Sky enthusiasts as we wind our way along the scenic roads of the lake and surrounding area.

To cover the cost of the meet, there is a $10 registration fee for each member and a $30 registration fee for each non-member. Please submit fees with the registration form. Registration includes a chance to receive a commemorative golf shirt* exclusively designed for this event. (*Shirt availability and size selection subject to availability, while supplies last.)

Itinerary Saturday June 7:

1. Begin trip depart Hotel 9:15 AM, stop at a lake overlook for photo 10:00 AM
2. Arrive Mt. Rose, 10:15 AM Meet with West Coast Tuners. Depart 11:00 AM
3. Arrive Reno
   1. Park in National Auto Museum, Reno, parking lot 11:30 AM
   2. Walk to Bertha Miranda Mexican Restaurant. 11:35 AM (link to: Bertha Miranda's Mexican Food Restaurant & Cantina web site)
   3. Walk to National Auto Museum 1:00 PM Depart 2:30 PM (link to: The National Automobile Museum web site)
4. Head to Truckee via Stampede Dam
5. via Boca.
6. Arrive old town Truckee 3:30 Rest stop depart 4:00 PM
7. Arrive Tahoe City 4:20 PM no stop
8. Return via west side of the lake arrive at 5:20 PM
   
9. Dinner and Meeting 6:00 PM

I am getting rid of the other treads so there is no confusion I moved the info below for those that are newbies & don't no how the club works can still sign up and file out the paper to register . sorry I hope i didn't step on any TOES.

1) Are you booked At resort? Are you interested in reserving 1 of the master suites in the house. (each bedroom has it's own bath) there are 4 master suites & one loft w/ a bath in it.

2) Did you Register on-line with WCKCC ? ie... paid your $10 member or $30 non-member yet

Ya just gotta love this enthusiasm!

• Membership is just $20 right now (April through June). That's a full year's dues.
  
  
• We pro-rate $5 per quarter for the first partial year joined.
  
  
• Those who join January through March pay for a year and a quarter so that they don't get a renewal notice right away.

So, what does that mean for Tahoe?

• Current members pay the $10 per person Tahoe rate.
  
  
• You can also join as a new member for $20 (joining in the April 1 through June 30 period), and pay the $10 per person Tahoe rate.
  
  
• Alternatively, non-member registration is $30 for the first person and $20 for the second (if there is a second).

Hope that helps clear it up.

I've got company coming from Naples Florida and that weekend is the only time we can get together! That being said, I'm looking forward to reading the posts and seeing the Pics - and thanks to Jack for pulling together a great event!
