Just wondering??? If it would alright with everyone if my brother in law and his wife tag along with us. They have a roadster also but not a Kappa. Didn't want to invite them without checking in first. We will honer the group decision.

While I understand why you would ask, you must know by now, I doubt any one in our group would have a problem with real family joining our kappa family....and yes I know....our kappa family....IS real family. I look forward to meeting them, especially since they are on Jane's side of the family!

Ok, so our family has a its dirty little secret, but Bwana aside, you know I am just joshing ya. After all, I have known you and Gunny the longest out of our little family....and I am always happy to see Jane.....

....and of course, I am also happy to see that big 'ol smile on your face when you show up too.

Thanks Gary for reiterating the parking location/valet/costs.

I, for one, will not be letting some kid drive my car.

However, what time will you be there? I want to be sure to arrive ahead of you. I want to be there when you hand over the keys to either Roadrunner or Krypto and watch the valet drive away in YOUR car

Valet is just an option... Parking is FREE on the second level..This is were we parked the first time... We will be meeting @ the parking lot in front of Longs drugs (Noted in my post) To make it easy for every one to spot each other, go over some things and drive Two blocks to the FREE parking garage @ 1177 Locust Street.

Mt Diablo Run

Karen and I did a recon today and made some changes...

We will meet in the parking lot at 1123 California Blvd Walnut Creek Ca. (Longs Drugs).

Lunch will be at The Cheese Cake Factory..Which is located in the
Plaza Escuela, 1181 Locust Street, Walnut Creek, CA 94596

Location We are located in Plaza Escuela on the corner of Locust Street and Olympic, across from the movie theater.

Parking is available in the parking garage located behind the restaurant between Locust and South California. Valet parking is also available in the parking garage on the first level. (Valet parking is $7- with validation from The Cheesecake Factory, and $10- without validation.)

Hours of Operation Monday - Thursday 11:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Friday & Saturday 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 a.m.
Sunday 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.

Lunch @ 11:00 or so, If any one is game to meet earlier to walk the town and do some shopping with Shopping Girl.. Say 10:00 am or so?? at the Broadway Shopping Plaza. After lunch we will head up to Mt Diablo,>See map.. We will end up in Danville and park and have some ice cream at Baskin Robbins and do some more town shopping meet back at the cars by 4:00 pm and head to Stockton for dinner & hockey..

PS>> Bring some cash. National state pass does not work...$7.00 entry fee...
