Hope to See Ya!

It sure would be nice to see a couple Skys and meet you and Lori. It looks like this will be a great weather day.
When coming up from Parker use exit 257A to Loveland. Be careful this exit is a cloverleaf and while you're getting off others are getting on at ther same time.

Many Parks Curve Cruise- RMNP

Today we had a fantastic Cruise to Estes Park and Many Parks Curve in Rocky Mountain National Park- where the road ends due to snow. After the cruise we had a get together and ate lunch in Estes Park- but no pictures we were all too busy talking and eating. Then we split up and headed for home.

When viewing the pictures on my putfile site, below, they are out of order-still haven't learned how to use putfile. Please start at the bottom of page. Then press PREVIOUS.

Also go to our club web site:http://rockymountainsolsticesky.com/...p?g2_itemId=22
and view more pictures.

Great pictures. At the ballgame in Arizona today, our Phoenix Sky and Solstice Car Club discussed doing a Rocky Mountain Park ride during the summer. June and July are getting pretty booked up, so what about August? Is your club up to hosting a regional shin-dig?

Are any of you going to the Las Vegas Nevada Sky & Solstice Weekend? If so, we could set a date now, and plan/promote the Rocky Mountain Park event at that gathering where we will have several Western clubs in attendance.

As we consider making the drive up there from Arizona, I did a bit of research and am inspired by the AMA's Rule the Rockies Tour and the GM Roadster Magazine Colorado Million Dollar Highway Tour. Lots of cool stuff here.

We have a cruise scheduled for July 14th over the top of RMNP, but I'm sure sivnce we don't have anything set up for Aug yet that some of us would like to come along on anything you have planned. We have a member that lives over at S. end of the Grand Mesa that might come one your run on that side (she's on the Solstice MAP).

One of your members was considering coming to you Las Vegas Event, hopefully he will contact you.
See ya!
