Black Sky In Fort Morgan

I saw a black Sky in Fort Morgan yesterday, I think it might be the same one i saw at the good guys car show a few months ago. Anyone know who this is? I yelled at him as he was passing us but I don't think he heard me. My wife was driving the Buick and refused to follow him. If I had been in my Solstice I would have hunted him down.

So.... no one knows who this is? This guy is going to haunt me. I'll have to hunt him down now, not sure where to start........
