hi guys, my name is scott trent
i hosted this show last year and even though it was our first year doing it we had a great turn out..alot of the guys consider it a state wide meet ..we have the track all to ourselves last time so after the cars were judged most of the guys hit the track and made runs the rest of the day..i have mentioned this show alittle while back on this site and a few of you said you were interested. well if your thinking about coming to this show dont think..DO IT! i would like to get Sky's from all over texas to this ..so if you and your club really wanna show off what you can do you need to come down in april..im working on magazine coverage at the moment but if want it to be worth the coverage we need to have as many come out as possible!!!!
any questions about the show or the track just let me know..thanks!

I would like to attend this event, sounds cool. How many cars did you have last year? I would like to bring both of my cars, one being a GN. Would I be permitted to bring this car and race? My wife will probably only want to show the Sky.

you are perfectly welcome to bring any car you want, however only the sky would be permitted to register for show, and that brings me to my next point, i need PRE-registrations..all show classes and awards are based on pre registrations...ideal classes are - street, mild , full custom - SKY
i have a class reserved for sky but if no one registers this year the spot will be lost i would hate to see this happen, im hoping everyone in texas pulls together and makes a good showing so everyone can see what skys are about

Were there no Skys there last year?? Your video was nothing but riced out cavaliers?? Sorry.
What show classes do you have for a 08 Sky Redline? Anyone else on this board interested in this event?? Wouldn't want to be the only one.

there were no skys there last year because there wasnt a class for them..the majority of the cars there last year were Jbodies and delta bodies ,,, cobalts, cavs,HHRs,and ions ... it was the first year for the show and we are not about over complicating things..and since it did turn out successful i would like to open classes up to other GM vehicles....if THIS year turns out to be just as successful then next year it may be open to GM v6 and v8 lines as well

actually this years show is targeted to the gm compacts/roadsters ..but with enough interest other classes could be added..but you know how hard it is to get v8 cars and 4cyl cars to behave together on the same track
if this years show is as much a success with the added classes next year there will probably be larger car classes..such as zeta body class
