New Redline Owner in Surprise, AZ....

Hey guys, just thought I'd introduce myself. My GF just picked up her new '08 Redline day before yesterday. And we absolutely think the car is bitchen! My only complaint is the lack of room in it lol...

It's her car, yet I wanna mod the hell out of it LOL... guys and their gf's toys... go figure...

anyways, since I'm new to the whole Saturn Sky thing.... I have absolutely NO clue who reputable dealers are for aftermarket stuff for these cars, and what the typical starting mods are that everyone does... (i'm guessing the usual intake/exhaust as with most cars)... it's our first TURBO car, but I am very GM literate when it comes to engines and such so...

anyways, without further ado... here's some pics

oh... and here's a few pics of MY baby

Welcome. Most here seem to start with a CAT Back exhaust and K&N drop-in. The stock airbox has proven to provide the most reliable performance.

Welcome, and enjoy the forum.

Most start with a shorter antenna than do something about the ugly warning labels on the visors, than maybe a wind restrictor. I would look at what bothers you the most, than based on what you want to spend try a new exhaust and some bling for the interior from some of the supporting vendors.

Look on the forums front page and you'll see the vendors list, look through what they have and go for it.

The first major mod I did was a magnaflow exhaust, I needed a better sound right from the start!

Use the search feature and look up what your interested in, you most likely will find a thread on the subject!

what do most people on here do to get the visor warning tags off?

From previous threads, it's not a matter of getting them off as they're part of the material, but more of covering them up.

JohnD ONE, Idiot Stickers ZERO

Aside from spraying them over, I think JPM overs covers.

Welcome to the forum. Please extend my congratulations to your girlfriend on her new Sky. Your ride isn't bad, either.

I have to say I have never ever been a fan of 'white cars' before... but I really do like how the white in the Sky looks and your other baby looks GREAT in white!!!

Congrats!!!!!!
