Oct 13 -14th Car Shows - Oklahoma

Here is the upcoming shows and or events for the weekend of Oct 13-14th

I want to thank Maverick for stopping by and saying Hi Saturday at the Owasso Pumpkin Patch Car Show. I want everyone to know that my husband cheated by bringing our Pumpkin (Daytona Sunset Orange) corvette to this show, beat everyone in the 1983-present class, including my Sky. Well I am not going to paint my car orange just to win the class next year. We had a fun day weather was just about perfect at least no rain! From all the rumor mill the big event this week is the Top of the Hill at Chandler Park on Saturday. If you want a excellent lunch for your time and trouble the Hot Rod Alley Grand Opening, SW Corner of 61st & Lynn Lane - Broken Arrow, OK is the place to be!
BTW the top of the hill is hosted by "Indian Nations Pontiac Club of Oklahoma"

Great road to cruise down is Arbry Drive bottom of the hill, and if you can find Coyote Trail aka the road to Discovery Land it will take you to Keystone Dam, 2-lane twisty fun roads.

Another plauque

What a beautiful day here in Oklahoma, sunny cool but just a little windy. We both won plaques in the top GM car category, our Corvette and Sky. I had a lot of the Pontiac club members come over and say, "I know they are the same, Solstice and Sky, BUT I really like the look of the Sky Better. I would look at them and say, "Shhh were at a Pontiac hosted show", and make them laugh. Would of been nice to have a Solstice at this show for a real up close comparison for all the Kappa fans, maybe next show!
