guys we are going to try to be at the show on the sixth. we had made some previous plans, family get together at the lake that usually is tradition. We will try to get out of it but we are not going down until late friday night so not sure if we can do the show on the sixth or not but we will see.

Shoot guy's,,,,,,,,,,,Went out and bought me a big 3-inch thick PorterHouse and fickin to put that puppy on the grill and have me a nice glass of Shiraz. I wasn't watching the clock and might miss the show! Don't count me out, but if I'm not there, I hope ya'll understand! Kick sum Yup A$$.

And that we did, the awards are as follows

CJSKY recieved a CLASS award in Convertible Class

CJ (his son) recieved a FIRST PLACE award with his ASTRA in OPEN CAR

and we recieved the C.A.R.S. ROADSHOW PICK

so all in all it was a good show with good friends

I've been a Sky owner since Febuary, my Husband and I have met some of the nicest people in this Southwest group
If you can post some more info like address and time its far enough out on the calender .

We're from Van Alstyne, right on 75 not too awfully far from Gainesville! Do you have any details yet?

Hey thanks. The show in Gainesville is a pretty relaxed event. It will be on Oct. 11. If it goes as last year sign in begins at 9 AM downtown at the State theatre. Judging begins at noon and awards are presented at 4 PM. Last year registration on the day of the show was $20.00. If you come early(8-9) you can park across the street from the theatre where there is shade. Last year there were approxametly 100 cars of all types and some bikes. I had a1962 Thunderbird myself. I will give more details as I can get my hands on them.
