Where are all the Oklahoma Sky's?

At the M.A.R.S Meet and Greet last Saturday in Tulsa there were only two sky's.
It's hard for me to believe that there are only two sky's in all of Oklahoma.

How was the drive to Bartlesville?

Great to meet you OKC08SKYR/L, I was happy to see one other Sky
Attached is a picture of some of the cars at the meet. I will keep posting car shows and events to try a lure out more Sky's but most are busy or just not interested in joining in a group. How was the drive on to Bartlesville? I saw a couple of S2000 in Skiatook around 4:00pm don't know if they were lost or just heading back home

We enjoyed the drive to Bartlesville, but next time we will go on the cruise with the Solstices. The S2000 group is a somewhat different demographic than ours.

Guess your not used to running with the fast and furious crowd huh?
Considering my daughter just turned 25 in February and the S2000 group were about that same age group, yea I would not have a whole lot in common with that group myself. We will be out of town that weekend 6/1/2008 so I will have to miss the next Bob Hurley event.
If the weather is nice the Corinthian Vintage Races at Hallet on April 5th is a hoot to watch, they will have some cobra's and OLD mustangs racing!

I'm in Claremore, sorry couldn't make it to the M.A.R.S Meet, I'm still trying to get my Cobra on the road but should have it all done this weekend. I'll try to make the June 1st. event if there's nothing happening in the Cobra world that weekend.

"Where are all the Oklahoma SKYs?"

I'm no expert, but I would guess... In Oklahoma?

Wait! Was it a trick question?

I was at the meet n greet and thought the same thing! That was a bunch of youngens, those S2000 kids I went with the Solstice group to Hulbert and had a great time. Beautiful ride and once we got to the twisties, it was all I could do was keep up with them. Had to apologize to those following me! Hope to meet you at the next get together
