Whistler poker run - May 27th

Hi everyone,
If you are from the lower mainland of BC or the island mark your calendars and get ready for the Whistler Poker Run. Our buddies on the Solstice forum already have 7 Solstices confirmed and I would love to see a whole bunch of SKY's there too! The plan is to drive to Whistler and have designated stops to pick up a playing card. At the end of the drive the person with the best poker hand wins a prize. We will then have lunch and drive back. Sounds like fun! The best part is we get to brag about our babies and take lots of pictures.

Please post if you will be able to make it as psycho-squirrel is keeping track.
More information will be posted closer to the date.

So lets join in and party on May 27th!

Whistler - May 27

That date looks good to me.

Has anybody heard of a run in Washington on Sunday. March 25? Meet in Mt. Vernon and the drive would include the Chuckanut Drive, cruise approximately 80 miles? Sounds like a good one.

maybe

If I could combine a Mr. Vernon and BC trip in one run that would be great. Might make the trip. Need to check with the Queen and see if we are in AZ then, otherwise it would be fun.

Can you pack more than two days worth of clothes in the RL? She will probably just buy some more in Canada and ship her dirty ones home.

You know if you pack in duffle bags and promise to ship anything you buy via post you can get at least one weeks worth of clothes with the top down. We did it when we drove down to California for a week. It wasn't tough at all, just have to make sure you bring clothes that don't need ironing. The tough part was no SHOPPING! But hubby thought that was the bonus in the whole deal.
Hope you can make it, as we love to meet our neighbours from the south! And as they say the party is marrier if we have more!
