We mounted our slicks on the stock wheels so we’d have no questions asked in A-Stock. We got a set of O.Z. Botticellis with GS D3s from TireRack. With two cars, we have 24 tires. These are the only 4 unmounted. We just don’t have enough space to be a TireRack annex. There’s nothing wrong with them; they didn’t have the wet-weather performance of the GS D3s. The red dots (window paint from Walgreen's) are where the tread meets the sidewall. (They’re mostly worn off, now. Some elbow grease and a scrub brush could bring it home.) We had used them to determine if we were getting full tread contact at the first autocross the car went to. We realized that these tires were not up to Sunday money, thus replaced.

You wanna make a visit and spend your gas money or take delivery at your local Longhorn/whatever?

I don't mind the drive, I'll just have to check and see what day I can make the trip... This week is probably going to be Thursday...

I assume you have some sort of day job and we'll see you in the evening?
Or are you off Thursday and we'll see you during the day? Either is doable.

Yes I do have a day job

. I just happen to be off this Thursday (I'm normally off on Fridays) so if I can get to you around early afternoon, say 1PM I can make it back home before the wife makes it home from work...
