Instead of sticking with a stock redline valence, might I suggest getting a much nicer Rear Diffuser Fascia
from
Norms Fiberglass

Saturn Sky at Norm's Fiberglass

I'm not short, I'm concentrated AWESOME

I like Norm's diffuser valance too. I looked into a new dual valance and it seemed to cost in the neighborhood of $300, while Norm quoted $582 painted and shipped. I'm going to do as many others have done, in that I will cut my current valance opening on the left side first. If I find I'm not happy with that arrangement, then I'll have to make a decision. I hope to get into this project in the coming weeks.

skybus,

What exhaust are you putting in.
I looked at the Borla single one, not sure what I will do.

Use the search to find these threads "Rear Valance - single to dual PART 1 and PART 2".
It's do-it-yourself project on cutting out the stock rear valance for dual exhaust.

If you are looking at a Solo system, look at purchasing Norm's fascia from Solo as part of the package. Cheaper that way.

You miss by 1 1/2 weeks, I just gave my rear Valance with the complete Turbo SKY Exhaust System away for free to the person that bought my hood... Sorry!
(Needed to get it out of my way)
