SKY cooler\travel bag last 3 BLACK left - Page 2

If LV is going to have more of these bags made he needs a commitment of 25, so far it appears there's only 10 of us out there that want one. If you've never seen one of these they are truly a wonderful bag. They fit in the middle space in the rear of the trunk and keep things cool for when you are traveling, or on a run. I think you would be hard pressed to find something of this quality made for our cars at anyplace else for the price, but then that's just IMHO.
Personally I have ordered a second to use as a travel bag and would love to see them made.

In Mirage's reply #14 they asked the question, Are there 4 bags at that price? I did not see a reply! I would be interested in the bags if there are 4 of them at that price. Make mine black like my Sky! my wife might be interested in the Red for hers, I'll have to ask her in the AM

What you get for the price is exactly what is shown in the picture in post #12.

I already put them down for one.
They e-mail me and their name is on the list.
I also did answer the question about the 4 bags in Post 19, plus links to the old thread and other pictures.
I will repost my answer, not only do you get the 4 bags but also the inerliner plus the 2 reflectors, one attaches with velcro to your trunk carpet the other to the top of the bag.

There is no way anyone of the vendors in business here,
could sell this cooler\travel bag($59.00 including shipping) on such a small quantity, with the quality
and uniqueness of this product.

To clear the mystery of the PM LV speaks of, it's just me running down how a sale like this fits in with the forum vendor rules.

Acting as a go-between with LV and the autoforums folks, I'm always a little concerned that I might misspeak or miscommunicate and foul things up. The crux of the thing is that while solsticeforum once implemented a supporting member guild to cover with limits sales of items members did not directly own, skyroadster did not. So a group buy like this doesn't fit into a normal member thing. The guy at autoforums who handles their vendor program is willing to work through this with LV by email, which hopefully will bring a solution which works for everyone. No promises there, as I don't know if there's levels or types of vendors, or I don't know. So, we're all trying to communicate and sort this out. Stay tuned...

Yea, well we had no problems with the original Sky bags that were sold last year..

So I guess these new owners want LV to "pay fees" to become a vendor for a hand full of bags? Are these guys that greedy & crazy?

It that why skybaby became a vendor also, so she can sell those silly calendars? I think these current owners are fools... AND with these tactics, will NEVER get old time members to become 'paid" members..

(PS cerberus, I know you have nothing to do with this. It is perhaps the policy of the "new owners". If I were you I would resign in protest as a mod. Since that is so, perhaps the 'new' owners should start moderating this site themselves instead of taking advantage of our "friends" and REALLY start showing their greeedy side.....
