WTB Red Line with manual trans

Hi,
I'm new to the forum and currently drive a 2010 Camaro, but I always wanted a Sky Red Line, preferably red, with red/black interior.
I think it's one of the most beautiful cars on the road.
I also want to find out about HP upgrades like the GMPP software upgrade for 290HP. Is that still available?

i have a 2008 sky redline with a custom hp tuners reflash by byt tune, dejon intake, and custom single tip exhaust making 285 whp and 325 torque. With the 20% loss from the flywheel to the wheels, my car makes around 356 at the fly, compared to the gmpp 290 at the fly.

I have a 09 Red Redline all black interior 5 speed with just over 32K on it, no mods. Would be willing to sell for the right price. Yes you can still get the GMPP tune.

That's a rare combination, as it was only available as a $500 customer-order only (dealers couldn't order lot-stock cars like this) option in the U.S. It's a fantastic combo though, and it's how I ordered my Sky.

If u really are serious and want basically a Special Edition almost new R/L with under 10K...color is Merlot....this car is better than when u bought it new...owner has a Z01 also..it is located in Lititz, Pa....contact John RR on the forum....I should get a finder's fee for this...but u will never get a better car than this...if u r really interested, wait until u hear what has been done to make this car better than new...very interesting...and YES, it is a 5 speed

Thanks! I've had it so long that I forget it didn't come that way.

Alex, a 15-18% figure is most often used on these cars so you probably have more like 335 BHP if you dynoed at 285whp (although as we all know, dyno numbers vary hugely anyway, so....)

Not sure you could get to 350+ just on a tune without changing out (or modifying) the turbo unit anyway.

And its very possible. My buddy has a tc cobalt ss with bolt ons (stock turbo) tuned to full e85with 403 at the wheels

No, the Kappas show significantly higher drive line losses than the Cobalts, and although the tunes with alcohol added fuel will indeed produce much higher power, I didn't see that you were running that fuel. Be happy with whatever you have and don't get sidetracked about claiming specific numbers - unless you have actual dyno plts for the car as well as the make of the dyno, they don't relate to much anyway.
