I think I have the larger picture down but now it is going to be video as well. I was at the Georgia Run this weekend and have several mini clips. I will work on it later today (Sunday) and see how I do. AND post them here to play with.
Thanks T

tEST OF 6 MEG PICTURE

Here's a question.

I bought my wife a new 6 meg digital camera and downloaded some pictures we took. They are too large in jpeg size to download and include on any replies I attempt or post. It says to resize first. What software do you use to do this? I can resize if I download Corel picture. Is there an easier way to resize a photo ?

Thanks

If you upload them to Sticko or Photobucket, I believe they'll resize them for you. Once they've uploaded, the sites provide code for you to copy and paste the pics into your posts.

Most picture software have the capability to resize pictures, would not be surprised if with the camera the wife has came with photo software. Even so, I googled "jpeg resize software" and hit on this site offering free software that makes a quick fix and gives you the solution you need..
Download the program and install it, then have at it resizing all you want.. BTW, I tested this before posting, works pretty good..
Image resizing, do it with PIXresizer
Also found Microsoft own resizer software that integrates it into winXP.. here, Microsoft PowerToys for Windows XP power toys, scroll down & execute program for
Image Resizer
This PowerToy enables you to resize one or many image files with a right-click.
<< I think I like this, I have even loaded it up...quickest I have seen so far, much easier..remember to also keep copy of originals in another folder.. right mouse on the image and click resize..

She's a beauty cathyandsteveg. Congrats and don't feel too bad about the chin scrub. I would guess 75% of us has them.

There are places to download but not really legal to download for free. The program cost about $200 to $300 depending on version and add ons.
