3rd Gear

On the 9th we had a small autocross. At least it was small as far as turn out. However, the course was on an old WWII bomber training base using some of the taxiways. I won't say it was real open, but I was hitting 3rd gear and the beast was chirping the tires too. Not bad considering the grip you have on concrete. I won street tire class and was 3rd overall behind a couple of pretty good drivers in a ZO6 on R compounds. Excellent day. One guy described me as piloting a turbo GM spaceship.
