Another Sky in the 13's (timeslip)

Here's my timeslip from last week. Again, a reminder that the track I race at is about 3200 ft above sea level. Not a great track, but it's close to home and much better than no track!

That was the only decent launch I had all night. I'm noticing how extremely consistent the automatics transmissions are on these cars. Three of my runs were a 14.1 and each run was within a few hundredths of a second apart at each stage (60 ft, 330 ft, 1/8 mile, 1000 ft). I could never be that consistent with a manual. I guess it doesn't really matter since I don't bracket race, but it's still pretty cool to see the consistency.

Can you list your modifications, if any, for us please?

Sure.

CTI 3" intake, Solo Performance downpipe with cat and race exhaust, ECU has torque management removed and the AFR is richer, raised front tire pressure to 40 psi, dropped rear tire pressure to 24 psi and running about a 1:2 ratio of VP Street Blaze race gas and 94 octane pump gas. Considering the altitude and the last time I was out, a stock GXP ran 14.6 @ 94 mph, I think I'm doing OK. Only thing that changed since the last time I was out is that I dropped the rear tire pressure a bit and added some race gas.
