The guy that took first place, day 1, beat the girl I would have been against by 7.036 sec.
That same guy beat me day 2, by 5.420 sec. I am confident had I gone both days I would have won.
He had a rougher time of it. For the first time I beat his time in the same car. In his defense he was 2nd car on the course and did all 5 of his runs before I started mine. He found the correct path in the slaloms and set the tire pressure just right. I definitely gained advantage from his runs. We did fun runs after hand. His ego would not let us go home. He was able to take 4.246 sec. off his best competition time. He realized that I manage my tires better than he does, and wants to get a set of Hoosier A6’s for me, put on the stock rims. The original tires aren’t going to last long. -J
