Ready to go really fast...legally!

Does anyone know of any road tracks in the Georgia or Alabama area that will allow folks to rent the track for a period of time. Links would be appreciated!

Thanks

I'd love to do this with the CA group at the Irwindale Speedway off the 605. Good luck out there, you'll love it.

Road Atlanta opens its doors to the public a handful of times a year. It's in braselton, GA. Be wary though, turn 7 has claimed its fair share of overzealous car owners

Check track rules first. Most have a requirement for roll bars.

Turn 7? Don't know that I'd agree with that. It's only taken around 45-50 MPH. Turn 12 is the bad one (100+ mph, and a wall), claimed to be the most dangerous turn in north america.

So, has anyone tracked their Sky in the southeast?

Has anyone with an ECM tune tracked their sky? Did you have to use octane booster / race gas to avoid pre-detination?

I want to get an ECM retune (higher boost), and track the car, but I'd be worried about EGTs at a full track day.
