Nice results! I just got the NXT also but have not been able to use it yet because we are not allowed to use water in my area right now. Little bit of a drought.

Looks good!! I don't think you'd have too many problems talking about what you used to detail your car. AT least I hope not

I used (in order):

1. Turtle Wax ICE Car Wash soap w/ Microfiber wash mitts
2. Blow-dry with a leafblower and what remains w/ a microfiber towel.
3. Turtle Wax ICE Polish paste.
4. Meguiar's NXT Spray Wax. (not the paste or liquid)
5. Mother's Showtime Instant Detailer spray to pickup remaining residue.

Each step of it done with Microfiber towels. I use a separate one for each product.

Dude, that is sweet, thanks for the putting out the recipe; I’ve been looking for a good combination. One day I went out shopping for the right waxes, after reading the 4th product and all the “and”, “if”, “do”, “don’t”, I forgot what the heck I was shopping for. I like the GEL for the tires with the app sponge

No problem. It would be great if everytime someone saw a Sky it was nice and Shiny. I use a Dupont Teflon tire shine product and spray it onto a terry cloth towel and then apply on tire. You never want that stuff to get on your nicely finished panels or chrome wheels.

Great job. I've been looking for the Meguiar's NXT, but no luck finding it. I guess I'm gonna have to look harder.
Where did you get yours?

Yup - looks really good!
Cost my dealership almost $300 to get mine looking that good before I was happy. (Because I insisted they pay my detail guy do it after thiers flubbed it several times. )
Maybe they should send thier detail guy to you for lessons.

Yep. Great shine

I use similar products, however I used Meguiars Clay bar, Meguiars Cyrstal polish and turtle wax ice wax. Followed with Meguiars quik detailer. I think once i finish the ice i'll switch to NXT however. Ice is alright, but doesn't last very long, and takes a LOT of buffing to get all the residue off. It just goes to show you, there's no shine like a black car shine. Here's mine from this past weekend's show.

Where did you get yours?
The spray wax is just an extra layer of protection to help ICE last longer. I picked mine up at Walmart. I also just bought the NXT Liquid wax at amazon for $10.
