Yeah, he's very much for real. When did you order and was it web or mail in form? I'll move this thread over to the detailing section so Gary will have a chance to see it as he keeps tabs on that area more than the general section.

Gary is good! Your order will come through. I had the same situation.......he does not work through email too much, or send confirmations....but he is reliable and his stuff is great

Ordered the forum special for both the goop and microfiber. Got the DVD also. Got everything within 7-10 days and that was shipping ground UPS to Oregon. Nice products, used them last Sunday and my Duckmobile really shines.

I ordered some items on Sunday, paid through PayPal and got a confirmation same night. Of course it's too soon to have received the products yet. Have faith! I LOVE MY SKY!

Hi Guys, true I never send a confo due to the amount of orders I get. I ship all orders out within 24 hours unless I get it on a weekend. I will send a tracking (if you ask) if you do not get order within 7 business days, I have had only 2 orders lost in 5 years, so UPS is doing a fine job so far. mdsky, send me an e mail at gary@perfectautofinish.com and I will get you a tracking #, make sure you give me your real name and address it shipped to. thanks for all your support! I forgot to mention, not sure if this is someone from the forum or not, but someone asked me to send a confo/trakcing# over the weekend and they had a spam blocker on and I repeatedly sent numerous e mails and they all came back "undeliverable" in which case I can't do anymore. Gary

I used Gary's products for the first time this past weekend.

I'm extremely happy with them. Very easy to use and fantastic quality. I'll never go back to the stuff on the shelf at the parts store or Kmart.

I also did the two-bucket washing method and I'll never go back to a single bucket.

I washed the Sky, my Dad's Allante, and my seriously dirty Sierra. I had to change the water out in the rinse bucket many times, but I used the same soap bucket for all three. In the end, I had about 1/3 of a five gallon pail of perfectly clear soapy water. When I think about all the dirt and grit I rubbed into my cars over the years when I was ignorantly washing them with one bucket...sigh...what a waste.
