Paint Shine Question

When I first got my silver-graphite Sky last June, if you touched the paint, fingerprints would be left. Now after I wash and wax the car I don't see them anymore. Unfortunately I leave the car out in all weather since I don't have access to a garage. Is there any way to bring the paint back so it will do this again? Will clay barring the car help?

I'd try this.....wash car with dawn dish soap (will remove present wax)......then clay the car.......then wash.......polish.......then rewax. Polishing will help the shine, but not mandatory. Just read up a bit on the process in the detailing sections of the forum for exact pointers
