its a no go. Its going to be priced too high for people to be willing to buy it.

Bummer! I'd happily pay $350 for it! That's a bargain! Maybe you could do it on a pre-order basis, if you get enough pre-order payments you would put it into production, if you don't you just send the $$$ back? Just a thought.

You have sold it to me before the page finished loading, anyone know if there are any more carbon parts out there, I am most interested in the interior parts.

It does replace the factory one BUT the exhaust openings are very small. The width is about 4" at the widest part. This wont fit most if any after market exhaust let alone the factory ones. There aren't any more pictures because they are built for order and possibly no ones ordered one for just this reason.

The only way I would drop that much cash for a rear diffuser was if it was functional and not just for looks. Which is why I would not even consider the one from RKsport.

I don't really care if it does anything other than make the rear end look better. I agree that the fins would make it stand out and catch people's eye but anything is better than the plastic looking stock one.

It would be nice to see one that allowed for outlets for the pipes just on each side of the rear back up light. Probably would be able to get a solo center exhaust with quad tips

I am working with a Fibre glass Guy who will be manufacturing a smooth/paintable rear fascia to match the stock shape, but incorporate the diffusers. I will let you guys know when he has it ready, I believe he is a supporter of the Solstice site, and has done work for a few guys local to me.

Here is something custom he did for Spiky:

New!! SOLO Performance CSD Exhaust - Pontiac Solstice Forum

To me this looks better than the carbon fibre, UNLESS of course you make othr parts carbon fibre, than at least it will tie in. But if this is the only place you have carbon fibre, I think it will look out of place!

What about a cf front lip? I'd really like one that doesn't hang much lower than stock. I would buy one right now too.
