DDMworks Brake Upgrade Machine

Now that we have all of these fast Sky's cruising around, we have come up with something to help them slow down. So we proudly introduce the DDMworks brake upgrade machine. You can find it here:

http://www.ddmworks.com/solstice_sto...rake_kits.html

Instead of offering just one preset brake upgrade that may not suit your needs or wants, now just go to the website, pick the options you want and you have the perfect brake upgrade for your car.

If you don't feel like picking, we have also put together the DDMWorks preferred brake upgrade package for all 4 wheels including slotted rotors, Hawk HP Plus pads, stainless steel lines and enough synthetic fluid to flush the system all for only $659. You can purchase it here:

http://www.ddmworks.com/solstice_sto..._brakekit.html

More go, needs more slow.

You don't have to track your car, or even add power, to experience brake fade in our Kappas. Brakes were the first upgrade to my 2.4 before even starting any power mods.

very true. I do remember getting some fade the first time I autocrossed it and I wasn't really trying to keep with the field, just go my own pace.

You are correct, the first time I drove our test car, the stock handling and power surprised me, but being the late braker I am, the brakes quickly went away surprisingly fast. Pads and a fluid change are the minimum if you are going to push the car very hard at all.
