Magnaflow Cat Back systems #16647 and #16664 for the 2.4L Sky

MagnaFlow is pleased to announce system 16647 and system 16664 (dual quad tips) cat back exhaust systems for the Saturn Sky and the Sky Redline. The system is complete bolt on. It features full stainless steel 2.5" mandrel bent piping, a straight though muffler with dual 3.5" angled, polish stainless tips.

Dyno Numbers for system #16647:
MagnaFlow Equiped (DynoJet 248C):
152 HP @ 5800 RPM
151 HP @ 4800 RPM

Peak Gains:
Horsepower: 7
Torque: 6 lb-ft

Max Gains: (cursor on dyno)
Horsepower: 14
Torque: 11 lb-ft

The system installs with simple hand tools and in most cases, can be installed by the average do-it-yourselfer in 30-60 minutes.

I just installed mine tonight on my Redline. It looks great and sounds great! I can absolutely notice a difference in response to the vehicle. I wanted to also tell you that my flange holes for the cat were a bit to "wide" (spread apart) We used a dremmel to make the holes slightly bigger (about 1/8" towards the pipe) and it worked fine. Very pleased with the quad tip system.
