What does "extensive modifications" mean?

Extensive modifications is inordinate trimming and removing of Factory components to make your intercooler fit the vehicle. The Hahn intercooler requires a small (1/4") trimming of front air deflector rib material. A non-critical, non-appearance altering operation.

This intercooler also works well with Hahn/BSR Tuner equipped cars!
