NGK plugs now in stock. (2.4L only)

NGK LZTR5A-13. A must for turbo and modified applications.

$2.25 each.



More info:

V-Power spark plugs are a patented design by NGK to improve ignitability and reduce quenching. Ignitability is improved by the V-groove cut in the center electrode parallel to the ground electrode, this directs the spark to to the edge of the center electrode thus exposing it to more of the air/fuel mixture. Quenching is reduced in much the same manner, drawing the spark to the edge of the center and ground electrodes reduces the surface area available to quench the spark. See quenching for more info.

Working on them. I still have to see which one works best for the 2.0. Some of you guys are getting misfire from the plugs being too cold. We'll have to test and see which one works best.

Very Very Reasonably priced IMO. What would this do for a standard 2.4L? Any help? Like a mile or 2 more per gallon?? More power? anything?

I use them on my car to give me a more efficient spark. I've always used NGK V-power copper plugs on all my project cars. They dont last as long as the platinum ones but are much better for performance.
