Redline Owners: Meet RPi 2.0R1, 2.0R2

We are finishing up testing on our R1 package.

$3300 installed: R1 package (est 330hp) includes:

- Race Precision GT downpipe (with or without cat)
- Race Precision GT exhaust
- Race Precision Stage 2 Intercooler
- Race Precision reflashed ECU.

options:

- Water/Methanol injection + $599
- Extended Trunk: $899
- Brake Upgrade: $599

Price DBA: R2 package (350-400whp- Dyno Dynamics) includes:

- Race Precision GT manifold
- Garrett GT28RS or GT3071
- Race Precision GT downpipe
- Race Precision GT exhaust
- Race Precision stage 2 intercooler
- Race Precision reflashed ECU
- Fuel system upgrade

options:

- Water/Methanol injection + $599
- Extended Trunk: $899
- Brake Upgrade: $599

FAQ:

1. ARe you guys using HP Tuners, BSR or LS2edit?
A. No. We have been working on a solution for this ecu for the past year and everything is done from scratch.

2. Will I be able to keep the existing parts I have?
A. Our downpipe only bolts to our GT exhausts so if you have an after market exhaust it will NOT bolt on. All customers who have previously purchased and installed our intercooler, exhaust, etc. can simply get the rest of the parts that make up the package.

3. But I want to keep my Magnaflow or *** or *** exhaust.
A. We tested our packages as a "package" meaning everything worked in conjunction. A different intercooler that might have required you to trim or cut in order to get it to fit will or may perform differently. We have tested several exhaust systems on the market and we have not been able to get the same results.

4. Will this package work with my body kit?
A. NO. Aftermarket bumpers do not go through airflow tests like the factory front ends do. We do NOT recommend putting an aftermarket hood or front bumper with our upgrade kits. In many cases, the change in airflow causes higher coolant and charge air temps.

5. 300whp? Thats it? I get that with my 3" exhaust and intercooler!
A. I have yet to see any redlines or gxps come even close to 300whp on our dyno. I can guarantee you, 300whp on a DD dynometer is FAST.

Damn you! How come redlines get all the coold parts? LOL JK
Its about time you redlines can join in on the fun.
DD numbers may seem low but if you were to put a car that did 300whp on a DD vs a car that did 300whp on a DJ that poor car that did the 300 on a DJ is in for a big disappointment.

I am very interested in your R1 & R2. Will there be an R3 with a upgraded turbo and any other upgraded internals?

The R2 package will have upgraded turbo. We havent looked into going farther than that right now. 400whp on our dyno is nuts. To put it in perspective, we had a 300whp car (on a mustang) put down 190whp on ours. MY car was undrivable at 321whp.

Ohh so the Garrett GT28RS or GT3071 is the turbo upgrade...I should have done my homework first.

Hi Eloy,

Will Malnick in FL be authorized/able to do ALL the necessary work for these stages? I am in Georgia and not likely will \be able to escape the daily grind long enough to drive to your shop......

Is the downpipe available for purchase seperately? If so, how much, and is it available now?

Yes, they should be able to do all the necessary hardware installs. All tuning comes from here though.

Yes, the downpipe will be available for purchase separately.

Any ballpark estimate on when the R2 package will be available. Looks awesome and I'm definitely interested. Thanks!

It's in the r&d phase at this time. Those of you who know or are familiar with us, we do a LOT of r&d before something is released. We'll keep you guys posted.

Sending you another PM.

I saw this thread AFTER I sent the first PM.

Sometimes I seriously believe Eloy may just be the

Dangit!

Here I was sunconciously hoping that tuning/rebuilds like this would take longer to devlope... (only so I would have time to do the aesthetic mods I wanted to do). :P

Good ol me? Hey what a concept eh? Do a lot of R&D, release a proven product and offer good service? What a horrible way to run a business!

Eloy -

Is there going to be anyone on the right coast that can do this work - preferrably other than Florida?

Also, how does your engine tune compare performance wise with the BSR tune? And did I really understand that the tune can only be done in your California shop?

Chris

Nice to hear you are coming in the market with some nice product packages. Been taken some time but at the same time gives good confidence to your services, You're not just hitting the market with something.

It terms of marketing, would be good too see some videos or similar on the vehicles you have been working on, how the end-product performs..

Thanks for the update

Cheers

We will be working out the details and how we can go about putting the tunes in cars out of state. As for how we or our products differ from bsr, do we really have to get into it?

The difference is we show you how stuff works. We tell you about timing adjustments, boost adjustments, etc. BSR nor their vendors will tell you. We datalogged a stock redline on the dyno. Each time under load from 3krpm to about 5300rpm, the ecu pulled 3deg of timing due to knock. Remember we do Open House testing. Its just that not many people want to see products they spent money on being tested. Its always heart breaking to buy something where the manufacturer told you you would get 30hp and you end up with a crummy 2whp. You dont want to buy an intake where you think youre getting 18 and you end up losing 15hp. If you are ever in the area, come out and talk to us. We'll show you some pretty cool stuff.

Well, guess it would be worth coming over to California all the way from Sweden for that ride
