I went back through Jebs pictures and figured it out.
Very stealth job which is why I missed it.

The stock 2bar Tmap sensor uses 2 bolts to hold it in place.
The bosch 3 bar ones only use 1

Jeb drilled and tapped what used to be just a bolt hole and installed that brass fitting directly to the left of the 3 bar sensor

Bravo!
That looks stock

Ok, I just called ATP because I am impatient.
Here is the list of the 4 parts you need from them.
All listed with Web links

Additional Injector Holder Kit
http://www.atpturbo.com/mm5/merchant...de=ATP-FUL-013

Connector / plug for stand EFI injector
http://www.atpturbo.com/mm5/merchant...de=ATP-ACS-013

1/4" NPT to 4AN Flare Male to Male 90 Degree Adapter
http://www.atpturbo.com/mm5/merchant...de=ATP-FTG-141

Oil Feed Line -4 - SS Braid, 1 Foot length
http://www.atpturbo.com/mm5/merchant...de=ATP-OIL-033

The first 2 parts are listed on Page 1, but the last 2 parts did not have direct ATP part numbers.

Hope this helps

I'm also jumping on this 5th injector wagon. I've got everything so far except the dvc-30. Still waiting for that to show up.

They are a vendor on KP.

They took the exact design of an EVO manifold and sliightly modified it so you can attach a kappa TB to it.
They have not provided any before or after Dyno's to justify their claims and they have also stated they are not willing to pre-setup a 5th injector on it.
Personally, I think you are fine with the stock kappa one.

Quick question on the Fuel Injector mount.
Is there an optimal height that this should be?
