How about a Wood Grain.....think it would add some more class to the tan leather option.

Sorry, piano black for me.

I'd rather wipe it down daily from finger prints and dust than cover it up.

Looks like more stick-um-ons like the chrome accent on the door sills.....more stuff to loosen and start to peel off.

Found this site and they have a lot of different material choices.

I think a combination of the piano black and the wood designs would look sharp.
I would love to see one with the full kit installed.

I saw a solstice with wood grain which looked really nice. I think it would be best if you had the tan inserts too. Don't like this chrome crap in the least.

After reading about the product I would be hesitant to try it. I am wondering about the durability and how hard it would be to get all the pieces lined up perfectly.
  • The dash kits are thin flat pieces (NOT MOLDED). They are about 1/12th. of an inch thick with a special formula clear coating and 3M adhesive tape backing. The pieces only cover certain places on the interior (i.e. power window switch plates, radio surround, shifter area, etc.). This is not a replacement for the entire plastic dashboard in your car. All of our kits are custom cut to fit properly thanks to our extra efforts such as tapering the edges , utilizing 3m industrial backing and custom finishing with ultra clear polyurethane. All kits are constructed on site with top grade materials and superior craftmanship.
But if it worked out this would be a classy upgrade.

Only if it's real!

Please Please Please Only consider putting real wood in there. I am not a fan of wood in cars anyway, but I particularly hate the plastic peel -n-stick printed fake woodgrain crapola that so many cars even from the factory have. Of course, at this point even the real wood trims are a super thin veneer of real wood applied to a plastic part and polished so shiny that they look like the fakola stuff. If the wood is not done right, it will really look ghetto. Just proceed with caution!

Although I do not like the Solstice interior...but the pic u posted with the wood grain does look rich looking ....but still have a design dislike for the Solstice interior...now let's see what it does in the SKY...

None of it for me. All of what I have seen is cheap crappola. If I'm going to spend hard earn cash, it'll be for performance, not visual, useless, bells & whistles. Stock looks just fine. Already with the little bit of chrome we have around the stick has blinded me when the sun hits it just right. More chrome? or a polished shiny metal? thats insane-- Wood? yea I like that, BUT it has to be real, thick and fit perfect & wood depend on da wood. Other than that, OEM it will stay-- But to each there own, after all beauty is in the eye of the beholder-
