How to remove this gauge part ?

Hello,I want to install white face plates and I did read all the posts about removal the upper dash and also how to change the face plate but I can't find how to remove this part (white circle around it)
The only thing I see are 2 very small screws on the back you can't reach.

Um, its A LOT more complicated than just taking that apart. So, have you or have you not taken apart the WHOLE upper dash? It is required if you plan on getting the instrument cluster out. Access to all the screws should then become easy. It has been over a year since i took mine apart so i may be way out in left field.

Yep remove the whole dash. I forgot to put that part in when I did the cluster. So I put in the dash and removed it again. Just to put the very piece you are trying to get out. It's a pain at least you don't have to worry about damaging the leather on the dash like I did.

Well not the whole thing just most of it. You need to take out the bolts all the way to middle section from there you can pry it up enough to remove the gauge face. But you still have to take off the visors top plastic and the left side pillar. The bottom left vent and under the steering wheel and the glove box and the front of the stereo surround. So you still have a lot to take off.
