If you can believe it.

I finally get the call to come pick up my car. I get a call from Saturn Corp telling me so. I did not receive any calls from the dealership. I find out that the service manager is on vacation and that the General manager that I dealt with is no longer working there. OK, so I'm already getting a chip on my shoulder before I get there. The person who contacted me from Saturn was very friendly and called the dealership for me so that the tech who worked on my car could meet me and go over the vehicle with me.

So.....They had my car for 26 days......

I walk up to the car and the convertible top is BROKEN.

They were supposed to replace the subwoofer.
They replaced every speaker in the car EXCEPT the subwoofer.

The rubber molding for the top still was not glued down onto the car.

I've never been the brunt of so many lies or misconceptions from a dealership.
Maybe I should say I've never had so much smoke blown up my A$$.

They replaced the rear with the new beefier rear and I was told they have a 3.90 gear ratio.
I was told both oxygen sensors were so dirty you would have thought it was an old car. Hopefully this explains the bad gas mileage.

I declined to take the car. I'm supposed to be meeting Saturn on Monday.
I did not think being any more let down or disappointed was possible. Boy was I wrong.
I can't even really write a good post at this point because I am so bewildered by this whole string of events.

I would also go online and build your own and get a price conformation, then print that off and take it to the factory and place your order w/ the conformation, mine took 1 and1/2 months.also try calling customer service 1-800-553-6000 explain what you went throught and I will bet my bottom dollar you will have another real Saturn experince Skyzthelimit
