Jade and the electrical issues still going on

I havnt driven Jade much over the past few months because of medical issues and still havnt made the appointment to take her into Saturn of Joliet... well, that is going to change this next week... the issues with the dashboard lights are happening alot more, she has just QUIT on the road twice in the last 2 months while driving... and lately when I shut her off, the guages bounce around AFTER I shut her off and the keys are out...... this morning she wouldnt start at all... nothing at all... but the radio worked and windows worked.... Just waited a short bit.. about 20 mins and she started right up. Starting to get really frustrated again. SkyBaby

Hope they get the issues fixed soon. You have enough things going on where you shouldn't have to worry about Jade too.

Have they replaced the full wiring harness. After 8 months of check engine lights and replacing half a dozen parts they finally replaced the wiring harness on my 08 Sky R/L. It was the last thing they wanted to try because it is a lot of work.
It fixed my problems

That sucks, I would call GM customer service and ask them what you should do, and why the dealer cannot get this fixed. Tell them that, it is becoming life or death!! If that car shuts down on the hwy at the wrong time, it can kill you!

We did tell them that before they replaced the bcm... I think that is what it was called.. they said.... and I QUOTE... IF IT IS ELECTRICAL IT IS NOT MECHANICAL AND JUST A NUSEINCE.. or however you spell it.... Maybe I will have Brian try again.. .they gave a very small monitary award for our "troubles" .... but the car is still NOT WORKING RIGHT.... I wish I could trade her.. but I would be so upside down on the loan it aint funny.... SkyBaby

Just my gut feeling but I would think it comes down to wiring harness. Ask them to check fuse block and then the change of wiring harness....Skip...

My problems were different then yours but they were electrical. I keep getting a check engine light pointing to air flow. They replaced the air flow sensor, O2 sensors twice, fuse block and several other parts that I have forgotten. Every time the check engine light came on it would blow a fuse. I kept telling them I thought it was a short, why else would it blow a fuse every time the check engine light came on.
I asked them to change the wiring harness for about two months before they finally did. It was the most expensive repair and the most time consuming. After they changed mine out I talked to the tech and he said it was one of the more difficult jobs he's done.
