Hello from spain, i have this questions....

What colors are produced the Saturn Sky??
When did finish the produccion? 07-2008?
Where can we buy gm parts to buy in internet? we work with rockauto, but sometimes don,t have little parts, we need the best web, we need the top of the bottle of brake fluid

Many paint colors, it depends on year and model. Here's a good place to look them up (this is set for a 2008, change the selection on the left for different years): 2008 Saturn Sky Touch Up Paint Colors

The last year they were made was the 2009 model year.

As for parts, the only place for the hard-to-get parts are dealerships and not sure they'll ship to Europe. You could try crateenginedepot.com. Very active on the forum and they may be able to help. You'll have to call them though to find out (plus they don't show many parts on their website).
