loud noise when WOT, smoke...

a couple weeks ago coolant started to leak, then all of a sudden while changing the oil at the repair shop the whole thing leaked, they conducted a pressure test and determined a turbo line was damaged, but when the part showed up a pressure test was done again but the car did not leaked, last weak while driving crazy late I noticed a louud rattle everytime I WOT as soon as I let go the noise stops, happens at every gear, and yesterday a friend driving behind me told me everytime after a red light white smoke came out.

Was your A/C running? I ask because down here even with the top down we run our a/c's to keep cool.. On a very HOT day with high humidity (like we have here), What happens when you punch it is water/condensation fly's off the cold a/c pipes then the water hits the HOT exhaust pipes vaporizing it, this usually happens from a dead stop, another words you are not moving, then light turns green and you punch it.. if you are behind that car when it happens it looks exactly like "white smoke" coming out of the exhaust pipe..

That might answer the smoke issue, however the loud noise after WOT is another different issue IMO..
