Recall on iginition system???

Anyone know of a recall on the iginition sysyem? My wife came home in a panic someone told her that cars like hers were catching on fire because of a bad iginition sustem? I figure it's just BS but who knows?

First anyone's mentioned anything like this. I'd expect we woulda heard of a few problems here, but all's quiet on this sorta thing. I'm having a tough time buying into this one.

Your wife probably heard that the Saturn SKY has caught on like fire...everyone loves it and voted it sexiest car for 07...sounds a bit more logical.

My 07 sky has kept "cranking" by itself after I release the key without starting. I have to turn the key to the off position and crank again to start. This has happened 3 times since owning the car (OCT.) We had a HHR with the 2.4 that did the same exact thing.

It's supposed to, it's a feature. Next time try just tapping your key to start and let go and the car will crank itself until it starts. This is noted in the user manual, that's what made me go and try it.
