Turbo upgrade installation problems

Well the 2871 garratt turbo, bov, exhaust and all other goodies I bought are installed....but...my mechanic cannot make the connection to the stock air cleaner with the new turbo setup....anyhow...turns out I have to get a K&N cold air intake...no problem....but I also need CHARGE TUBES FOR THE LFN KAPPA....for the stock intercooler...the K&N will be shipped here to British Columbia monday....but a minimum of one month for the tubes to show up at the distributor....before they are even shipped here....anyone out there know where I can find them sooner as my car is at the mechanics shop taking up space

Thanks
Harry

Just buy a set of tubes from DDM or someone. I have a stock set that are powder coated red that you can have if you want. I'm in Ontario though and I don't know what they would cost you to ship.

DDM are the folks who are out of stock of these LNF Charge tubes which are required for the Garratt 2871 Turbo Upgrade application...so I was looking for another supplier who may carry them
Thanks
Harry

Dejon
DEJON | Powerhouse

Sells IC Pipes and you can order the driver side with a flange for the synapse BOV like I have in the pic below

Hi,

the drivers side will work as it is a direct bolt on and the bov can be mounted to it....you have the 2871 garratt on your car correct????......if so..... the passenger side pipe from the intercooler to the turbo which is in your pic....is it a dejon product as well ?????....just spoke with dave a dejon...he was not at his shop but stated the mounting of the 2871 turbo and its relation to manifold may vary with the distance of pipe required....

Both IC pipes are from Dejon.
I do not have custom length IC pipes from Dejon.
Only customization is adding the flange for the BOV on the driver side.

OK Lusifer...thanks for the pic....very helpful...the driver side dejon pipe will work great...we have ordered a K and N cold air intake to resolve the connection problem as the stock setup is a little short....now for the important question.....having a stock intercooler..... will the dejon passenger side intercooler charge pipe connect to the upgraded 2871 turbo.....and is this your setup..."the 2871"

would you have the dejon part numbers....I intend to place the synapse bov on the driver's side as you have done....

thanks
Harry

Yes the pipes connect to the stock IC and you can even reuse the stock silicone.

All you have to do to connect the turbo the passenger side IC pipe is cut the T tube that came with the DDM kit and use a portion of the tube to connect the silicone elbow that comes off the turbo to the silicone that comes off the IC Pipe.

Hopefully the picture below will show you what i mean

Excellent!!

At some point I would suggest adding the DDM LNF intercooler.
